The primary purpose of this job is to provide efficient and high quality post-bind deal administration services within the CPO (Chief Processing Officer) department.

Roles in this family contribute in a variety of ways to the achievement of this primary purpose. They also contribute to leverage the knowledge around best practice in administrating global program accounts and non-program business (e.g. Energy, Construction). Roles support the whole deal implementation/maintenance process and liaise with other functions (such as Underwriting, Policy Administration, Credit Control, Claims) to ensure highest servicing quality.

CPO Deal Administrator

At this level role holder provides support to the CPO department and ensures that the post-bind administrative processes are run efficiently and at a high quality to serve internal and external clients. He/she is accountable to ensure accurate, efficient processing of global program and non-program accounts as per the defined KPI, updates the necessary IT systems and acts as the operational interface between Underwriting and the other CPO stakeholders (Policy Administration and Credit Control).

- Educated at least to high school level or similar
- General commercial and financial knowledge
- Knowledge of reinsurance concept and processes 
-  Knowledge of Underwriting processes 
-  English speaking at first certificate level 
-  Other languages as required 
-  Commercial insurance knowledge 
-  Admin processes and systems proficiency 
-  Excellent knowledge of domestic market (specifics) 
- Administrative experience 
-  Negotiation skills 
-  Client service experience 
-  Time management and work techniques 
-  Good IT-user knowledge
· Proficient knowledge of systems
